Tech savvy -- you don't necessarily have web development experience, but you need to be able to demonstrate that you understand the web and how it works.

Clear written and verbal communication
Quickbooks experience helpful, but not necessary

Specific languages are not required but anything in PHP, Python, JQuery, Ajax, etc is a great fit. This is a programming position or a potential project management position on projects of considerable size and is not a position designed for front-end developers or junior level programmers.
