Local Company is looking for a full-time permanent Web Developer to work on new, cutting-edge applications. This position requires strong knowledge of PHP and the OO programming paradigm. The right candidate will have the ability to design and develop highly customized web portals that provide unique integrated content to the end user. The ability to manage large development projects according to the SDLC and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously are also very important.

Requirements:
* Knowledge in CSS, HTML, MySQL, PHP, javascript and Dreamweaver
* Proficient in coding and design of ALL common web browsers
* Experience with shopping carts and online payment integration
* Experience managing SOE and or SEM campaigns is preferred
* Ability to develop graphics appropriate for web using Photoshop or Fireworks
* Working knowledge of Flash creation and ActiveScript
* An excellent understanding of usability and user-centered design principles and development techniques
